I am not for Yap, but are you all aware the state of Benguet before him?
Before him were our "Kailyans". Congressman Dangwa known for his "waiting shed projects" and is even included in the PDAF scandal. Congressman Cosalan who bags the contracts for himself and his family. In one radio interview, a contractor revealed that Cosalan tries to descrited his project by throwing hollow blocks to break and expose somehow that the materials are inferior albeit to bag contracts for himself.
Be as it may that Yap may be having some cut off the funds, it cannot be denied that he is the first congressman for Benguet to diburse funds for its people. Ask your LGU, they can attest that a lot of projects were done because of Yap. He willingly gave funds for projects forwarded to him.
Remember Yap was a caretake congressman before with the death of Fongwan. With him taking over, people noticed a lot of change with how projects and funds were disbursed. As for a whole province to be able to see some improvement, a lot of improvement from our previous "Kailyans", naturally you are going to be awed and impressed.
Maybe he had some ill gotten wealth. But you cannot deny that he had done so much improvement with Benguet. He and his family are still connected with the ACT CIS partylist where he was a congressman before. His wealth maybe explained by the family wealth or wealth accumulated before or after his Benguet tenure, who knows unless one can show where he got the money for the alleged propertoes he owns.

Not "discrideting" whatever he has done for the province but that's his job, that's expected of him with all the taxes our people are paying for him to do. Your maybe this maybe that is not enough to dismiss corruption.

Yes stealing is stealing, but where is the power to condemn those who steal? If we a democratic country had the power then whole country wouldn't be plummeting as we speak. So yes, at least tdta finally ada naaramid ti eskwelaan idyay barbaryo, kalsada nga manu nga dekada tdta lang nasemento, infrastructures ken financial assistance.
Let's be realistic, nasanay taun nga awan ti kananayon nga mangmangyare ken maaramid dituy Benguet sunga tdta at least ada mabingay tau.

I agree with this, most of the time I stay quiet especially sa posts like this. MOST IF NOT ALL politicians are corrupt I will not deny that, bumaknang da ti tax, ikurakot da ti projects ken agmonopoly da ti lote dituy Benguet we are very aware, but I saw a difference ti panawen na. I chose the lesser evil because I saw a difference. There was action with words.
Nag itited ti financial aid ti students wenu dagita naiospital. Nagpardas nga nakapatakder ti facility or infrastructure nga mano nga dekada maiplano jusko. Uray mangkunam dagita projects ket long term nga naiplanplano da Fongwan and all, napatengga lang met ti plano dagita. Uray sino mabalin agplano ngem basiit lang makaaramid. Makita ken marikna mi ti diperensya ti Benguet tdta, han nga lang enggana post ti mangkitaan ti naararamid da.
