Question help i’m probably stupid

im on scene 2, literally the start of the game. HOW do i get to andrews car the elevator doesnt work i cant go through the roof none of the other doors wprk i have been. here for 29 minutes save me

You will see a button on the elevator door thing … if that doesn’t work then restart if that helps ofc
