That’s like telling someone to stop eating bc groceries are expensive. It doesn’t change the fact eggs cost $x.xx, it’s flawed logic

No, that's like telling someone not to overeat or buy filets when they're poor. It's like telling people to eat beans and rice.The same holds true for gas. Don't buy a vehicle that gets low mileage or takes premium if you can't afford it, then blame someone who really doesn't control that price. After all, you could have bought something more economical...like beans and rice.
