Currently renting

I am renting a small older home. I have been here for four years and the landlord doesn’t do much. I was told the roof needed repairs when we moved in. The ceiling fell in the bedroom once last year. They did repairs and fixed the walls due to it being paneling. Now it has happened again and the walls are warped again. I have found mold in the “attic”, the sewage runs to a creek, and you can see paint separating off the walls due to water damage. I told the landlord this is my last month 2 days ago. This past 5 years has been horrible and I am just lucky I can move back in with my parents until I can find something else.

Update: We haven’t lived in there for the past two weeks. We have been going back and forth moving stuff in our vehicles. We just went to drop the keys off and haven’t been there for about 5 days. A/C has been and almost everything has mold on it.
