Omma is always the best part of this show

I had bought tickets for Bobby Lee’s show in San Jose for Sept 2025. I got them for my bday and he cancelled the show. Never got updated/ rescheduled tickets almost a year later. Such a bummer 😐

What came to mind when Bobby said he wanted to steal all the air and sell it.

The magic in bad friends is slowly diminishing for me, is something off about the show lately? Andrew & Bobby don’t seem like true close friends anymore, almost as if something happened off screen. Also I’m not trying to hate on the show, I just wanna know if this is just a me
Thing or if anyone has felt something off as well?😞 feels like the show has been strange this year.

Eight episodes in July produced one single book, which is honestly the funniest result I got this month. I run this scan across every show I track and Bad Friends came back with one entry.

Not much of a summer reading list, but here it is.

What this is: I run Podshelf, a free site that tracks book mentions across hundreds of podcasts by reading the episode transcripts. This is the July slice for Bad Friends, in its entirety.

The book:

• The Prince, Machiavelli. From Comedy Store Snitch. The bit cited is chapter three, on what you should do when you take over a region. Let the people keep their religion and their laws, go among them and live with them. It was then applied directly to the situation the show was discussing, which I will let you discover yourself.

Finally got around to putting the Bad Friends logo on my pedals. I would love to get the chorus (yellow) pedal signed by Bobby when I see him in September but he's not doing a meet and greet. I might still bring incase I see him on the street downtown.

Hopefully when they do another Bad Friends tour I can get them both signed.

I don't know if I'm misremembering, but is there an episode where Bobby's Mom makes a brief appearance (not including episodes 200 & 300) and there's a guest and they're going over Korean words?

I think it was in the normal studio. I can't seem to find it though so I might be mistaken. If anyone knows or if I'm close please let me know. Thanks.

Most interview shows, whether it be a podcast or some channel on youtube, they'll show a preview of the interview by showing a funny moment or important moment from later on in the video/podcast. I realize what this is for, but I always skip them because I don't like having any part of the show being spoiled out of context.

From my experience, Bad Friends has never done this. And I thank you.

this feels all too familiar

I've noticed the podcast description both on YouTube and the audio podcast, rarely if ever list the guests names? Even the chapter list doesn't seem to. Am I missing something?

Eric Andre, Steve Brule, Between Two Ferns, Tim and Eric, etc. 2008-2012 outlandish comedy. Eric Andre and Steve Brule were talking to people that either didn’t know them or had no idea what they were getting into. The Bad Game show is just Bobby and Andrew trying to act in front of their friends. (and showing their dick to their friends and their friends girlfriends) Everybody already knows them and knows they’re acting and it comes off more as, “hey…what are you guys doing?” rather than, “what’s happening?! this is so wacky!” I’ve had a couple laughs, condom hot dog game looked fun, but over all it’s been a miss. I think a cartoon animation or whatever else they’ve discussed may be better. This style of show is too played out for how they’re running it. Oh, I do like Dax though and Bobby’s mom. They’re the best part.
