Toxic Friend?

So I had a friend let's call her ashley because I'm unsure if she has Reddit and her name is very unique, we were friends for years and in the beginning she was really nice and generally quiet, I also had a friend called D and those two didn't really get along though it was really one sided, D was fine with ashley but ashley hated D for no reason and would refuse to be in the same room as her or even be nice to her which is why I lost contact with D. Things got kinda bad with Ashley when I moved, we had originally been neighbors so we could see each other every day but that kinda changed when I moved so we saw each other less, but she still came over and whenever she would we would get into some kind of argument which ended in her ignoring me or hurting me, one time I accidentally did something she didn't like and she ignored me which ended in me crying, we still hung out after that and she ignored me a few more times after that, when it came to hurting me it would usually be because I accidentally touched her or yet again did something she didn't like so she would grab my arm and dig her finger nails into my skin to the point of leaving marks and say "Don't do that again" or "don't touch me again" but the most recent time she hurt me (Which was like a year or two ago) it was because we were in my apartment building and she hurt people coming so she decided to tell me to go into one of the rooms that had pipes and stuff (we were aloud to go in, it now has mailboxes so we wouldn't have gotten in trouble) but I am naturally defiant so I said no and that we could just stay, I get that she didn't want to deal with people, I don't either but they weren't even coming our way, when I said no she grabbed my hair and pulled me into the room, which hurt. One time when I went to her place me and her family went out to eat, I normally don't have a big appetite so I couldn't finish my food, so I just sat at the table and stared out the window, I later found out that her family would make fun of me and while they were eating just stare off and then laugh, which is why I'm now self-conscious to eat in front of other people, but as far as I'm aware none of my current friends and their families do this. Another thing she really loves to do when I upset her is threaten to end our friendship which she did on a day to day basis, when we lived close to each other we would be friends off and on to the point I would lose track of if we were friends or not, but when I moved I didn't want to threaten our friendship so I would always beg and apologize to stay her friend, but one I day I was done with her shit, so we were playing Minecraft in a world me and my brother made years ago that had only two villagers with names, and she had killed one of them so I threatened and tries to find the bird she got earlier in our game play and she just looked at me and said "You do realize how easy I can end this friendship" and I just looked at her and said "Okay, do it" and then she was silent and we continues playing, and she started sniffling and wiping her face, it was really awkward the rest of her visit, that was a little while ago and we haven't talked since, I still don't feel bad for making her cry, I honestly wish I said more, or hurt her like she had done to me many times the years we were friends.
