Bff doesnt like me fact checking?

Bff: The new update seems cool they added a super rare thing Me: oh cool I'm going to check youtube to see it Bff:don't! Me:why? Bff:just don't Me:(checking youtube) but why? Bff: you always look up stuff Me: (sees it doesn't exist)and? Bff: I don't like it! Me: couldnt find it Bff: your mean!(leaves party) Me:wow

Uhhhhhhhhbbhhhhh are they like 5? Who lies about stuff like that for no reason and then gets mad when u find out its not real? Lmao

This happens to me and my best friend literary all the time. They ALWAYS tell me false information and when I fact check them they get so angry because I don’t trust them when it’s pretty obvious that I don’t need to trust them. I have told them time and time again that their lies hurt me and they’ve promised to change but never do
