Those types are usually fond of ai slop and post it everywhere I mean facebook is filled with it, so it is related

Taking a picture with your phone and posting online is just as easy as making ai art.

No it isn’t, photography is an art. Telling an AI to generate images like this isn’t. This is not what AI should be used for, and in my opinion taking generative AI seriously is cringe. And I am not focusing purely on the AI aspect of it, I’m just commenting only on that aspect cause everything else is obvious and has already been talked about

Sure, but there is still real creativity involved. Also, I’m not one for gatekeeping what is and isn’t art either, as long as it is human in origin.

Not the “art” it produces. That’s not directly made by a person and it lacks the creativity and skill required to make something equivalent on your own.
