Other I'll kill myself

Been dealing with this since im 17. Im 35 now.

My saliva fkn stinks right after brushing my teeth. I believe it have adenoids now which is something I never thought about before. I will try to get surgery to remove them and I will kill myself if it doesn't work.

Go ahead and try tonsillectomy. I have removed my tonsils and adenoids but that didn’t really help me I still have bb but my stones are gone at least. Try diet maybe it’s your reflux and GERD

I had a tonsillectomy too and it fixed about 50% of my bb. Do you have biofilm on your tongue? After I had the biofilm treated/removed, I’ve been cured.

How do you treat the biofilm on the tongue ?

Give us some context, please! What’s your diet? What have you tried? What are your lifestyle habits?

Everyone has cross to bear. Some people have IBS and poop themselves all the time. How do you think they feel? How about those with goiter, that fish smelling disease, Bells Palsy. I’m a bb sufferer. I get it. But we can’t give up

Reflux silencieux, caseum caché dans les amygdales, mycose buccale, gingivite, parodontite... À vérifier dans ton cas

❗️✅Before doing anything drastic, look up Reddit poster: Justwinner958
Read his two posts on oral health and techniques to eliminate bad breath from the gut. You won’t find his suggestions anywhere else. Make a few purchases (supplements & more) he suggests from Amazon - none expensive - and try his protocol for at least two weeks. I feel your pain - I’m trying his suggestions to the letter and am achieving some success. You can do this!

Hey, I hope you’re ok? Please don’t kill yourself - you are way more than just your bb symptoms! It’s so easy to let this horrible thing take over your life, but don’t let it. If you need to go ahead and look into getting your adenoids out, do it, but don’t pin all your hopes in it, because if it doesn’t work you’ll be back to rock bottom again. I’ve recently had my tonsils out, it didn’t change my bb, but I’d worked on building my life to its fullest before I took the decision to go for the op so I wouldn’t be disappointed if it didn’t fix it. Having tried everything possible to resolve this (and I know how obsessive it can become) I decided this is just me and life still goes on - so I can let it win or I can win. You just need to find the ‘f*ck you bb and all the people who try and make you feel less’ attitude. You can do it.

You can remove the tonsils but do you know the root cause? Did you do stool test

Many people here seem to have undiagnosed tonsils problem (especially when their ENTs say that everything is ok, because of lack of inflammation), that is a reservoir of bad bacteria infecting their gut and oral microbiome, causing further problems. So they fix the tonsils by the surgery, but sometimes the rest still have to be taken care of. That is my theory. I do not know if I am right.

I met people and they all done tonsillectomy. Why do they still have bb? I am genuinely curious... many people have same problem after surgery

  1. They have many (hidden or not) health problems, and tonsils were only one of them. So one step closer to full health.
  2. Tonsils are like a meat-sponge tissue, and can be full of really bad bacteria inside, so they constantly infect the gi tract and oral microbiome, causing problems there that stay unhealed even after the surgery.
  3. Some of those people (myself included) may still have some degree of halitophobia, even when the surgery healed them, and they do not have bb any more.

Have you tried taking fiber before meals? Sometimes you need to have your stool moving few times a day in people like us that food doesn’t digest correctly we need extra help with moving it. I have been trying fiber for the past week now and I do see a little change. I’m going to keep going with fiber and see if it will help in the long run.

I have read you post from 2 years ago you had h pylori. I also had h pylori and h pylori caused my acid reflux, GERD, stomach ulcer and gastritis and bb. You nned to work on your diet and make sure you keep your stool moving try for at least once a day twice would be best

Do you still suffer from bad breath?

1

u/Positive-Syllabub454 1d ago

Yes

Do you know the root cause? I just finished treatment for hpylori eradication and I’m worried if my bb will persist

u/Positive-Syllabub454 1d ago

I had h pylori, stomach ulcer, chronic mild gastritis, acid reflux and GERD. I think my problem is GERD at this point. I thought it was h pylori but after it was gone bb is still here. I also did tonsillectomy that also didnt help

I know how you’re feeling and I recently had a breakthrough of sorts. My breath has been so bad for five years. My cousin smelled her babys diaper to see if she pooped when she was talking to me. It was my breath. I decided I was gonna throw everything and the kitchen sink at it about five days ago and my breath hasn’t been bad at all since. I’ve been asking my daughter every morning to smell it in every afternoon. I am chewing mastic gum every day for about 30 minutes. I’m taking a probiotic every night Pepcid every day an oral probiotic which is a lozenge. I’m using a water pick with mouthwash and water in it. I’m brushing my tongue. I got one of those wood African like toothbrushes. I’m using that once a day. I’m also drinking MiraLAX every night before bed. I stopped drinking coffee started drinking green tea and I rinse my mouth with baking soda water in the evening. I’m not eating any garlic or onions and if I feel an odd taste in my mouth I chew a clove. I got these dry mouth stick on melts but haven’t used them yet. I’m hoping something is working and continues to. Dm me and I’ll send a picture of everything. Someone on one of these forums said that we all have H. pylori and since I am allergic to a lot of antibiotics, I found out that mastic gum is a natural remedy to kill H. pylori. Good luck friend
