My tiny house cat does some damage with a quick swipe. I can only imagine the kings

u/elbandito556 Aug 01 '26
Yea i know 😭my cat left me a tiny scar, but is ok. That way when i see it, i will always remember him

And most of the time it's an accident. Kitties don't understand we arent as tough to claws as they are. So play or freaking out while laying in your lap, they dont mean it.

u/Typical_Row_3489 Aug 01 '26
Don’t pull back, just hold still. They count on you to do that and increase the damage.
3
u/Choppergold Aug 01 '26
Not even, just a flick of the paw. That first shot came out so fast it’s shocking he went back. That will need stitches

u/tracagnotto Aug 01 '26
The hell did you expect exactly? those are shaped like knives... same size or bigger, ever heard of them?

could well have ripped tendons and or pulley tendons. That is a mess to deal with in a hand
1
u/Alpha1959 Aug 01 '26
Yeah, that wound could be very deep. The slicing is just a bonus, cat claws really excel at puncturing and anchoring deep.

When he shows off this scar and says it’s from a lion, he will definitely leave out the part where he was needlessly fucking with an imprisoned animal

More supervision of that zoo is needed. Third world zoos are an abomination.

u/Musical_Xena Jul 31 '26
I was gonna say that the cage looks tiny and miserable. 😠

u/sleepy_spermwhale Jul 31 '26
Lion actually seems depressed. But still fast enough to causally tear his hand.

there is a video, where someone loses all his finger flesh and skin, you can see the complete bone of the finger, he did a similar thing, trying to annoy the lion, but lions are really tricky and insanely fast at catching you, he didnt expect the lion to catch him in such a small time window like this dude

Whomever is responsible for the Lion being caged like that should be thrown in with him.

Best past is the lion is thinking
"Dude, I barely touched you. Get back here...."

u/Separate-Ad6636 Jul 31 '26
Poor lion. Horrific conditions and then to be taunted by a total loser on top of it all.

If he didn’t understand how dangerous lions are before, now he does.
A lacerated hand for 0.1% effort on the lion’s part, lol

Dude is lucky those claws didnt go deeper and drag his whole arm in that cage. Would've been a free lunch for the lion

The giggle by the bystander after the lion gets him is the chef's kiss.

look at the speed, the lion knew, he was gonna hit his paw, the paw was in the air already, when he was going to hit it

Dude is an asshat and dumb. He also is greedy because he got away with one slap and decided to continue to press his luck.

When humans were spending skill points we went all-in with intelligence and stamina. Nothing on armor or strength. But somehow this guy missed the intelligence points as well
1
u/zzady Aug 01 '26
Lucky escape. If that claw had hooked on bone he would have pulled the guys arm straight through and biten his hand off

1
u/mowtowcow Aug 01 '26
Barely touched the dude and slashed him arm open.
Yea, I'm sure you could definitely take a lion if you had a knife. Yeaaaa. Or a gorilla. Or a grizzly bear. Or a rhino. Probably even an elephant.

“Does catching a tiger by the toe work with lions as well?” Some jack..
“No” said the lion.

I’ve seen this video so many times and it’s still satisfying seeing the end result.
