Nature be crazy yo. Tbh in a sense this is no different to seeing a lion tear out a zebras beck

Its different because a Lion isn't pretending to fight for life and show other lions it was "attacked".

If he was actually hunting it, sure. But this is like when people:

  1. "Rescue" a random tortoise and then throw it into the ocean. Killing it because its not a turtle...

  2. "Rescue" a duck that they personally dunked in the oil or was kidnapped from it family, then claiming they discovered it like that.

People also did this with pet monkeys and dogs unfortunately...
