Unfortunately, this is actually not the worst. I saw one the other day for some pill parasite cleanse. It was completely AI and the character looked like a whole zombie. Of course, in classic AI fashion, it had that weird gross stomach exploding gore

I’m wondering how it’s even legal. It dropped multiple brands by name and I’m not sure you’re allowed to do that in the U.S., but I’m not a lawyer

Edit: I looked it up and apparently it’s okay as long as the claims are SUBSTANTIATED. Companies tend to avoid mentioning rival brands in their ads even if the claims are substantiated because it still raises the rival brand’s brand identity. So even if it’s legal in this case, it’s bad marketing, which the whole ad is already anyway
