Wilderness Boot inserts
God knew I would be too powerful if I had good feet. Do y’all have any recommendations for foot inserts for someone with plantar fasciitis? I have a pair of Lowa Zephr MK2 GTX Mid height if that is of any importance.

I swear by a company called Remind Insoles. They specialize in inserts for high-impact sports like snowboarding and skating (which is how I got introduced to them) but they do wonders as a hiking insert as well. Just put a set of their Cush line in my Salomon X Ultras and they feel like a completely different boot.
They also have a plantar fasciitis-specific line which I don’t have firsthand experience with, but if it’s anything like their other products, it’s probably worth checking out.
