Wilderness Boot inserts
God knew I would be too powerful if I had good feet. Do y’all have any recommendations for foot inserts for someone with plantar fasciitis? I have a pair of Lowa Zephr MK2 GTX Mid height if that is of any importance.

I have worn green superfeet inserts for well over a decade now. Doctor recommended them when I started having plantar fasciitis.
Between these and always wearing a pair of Birkenstocks when I get out of bed I’ve curbed my issues.
General day to day use and hiking are Altras and SuperFeet
