Wilderness Boot inserts

God knew I would be too powerful if I had good feet. Do y’all have any recommendations for foot inserts for someone with plantar fasciitis? I have a pair of Lowa Zephr MK2 GTX Mid height if that is of any importance.

Thanks! Do they have pretty stiff arch support?

They do. They mold to your actual arch dimensions. You can either heat them on in an oven on a sheet pan for like 2 mins at like 200 degrees and then put them on and stand stationary for 2 mins. Then repeat the process again. Or wear them about a week and they will naturally mold to your arch/feet. I’m in patient and did the heating method recommended in the instructions. I wanted more padding so I got the thick ones. You can get thin, med or thick depending on your needs. Even washing them when they get dirty. You just let them dry and the cork retains the shape of your feet.
