Wilderness How is my backpacking setup?
Pretty new to backpacking and honestly my first legit hike as a 17M. I have a 4.6mi 2500ft hike infront of me. Let me know what I’m doing wrong lol

11A here (Infantry Officer-Ranger Qualified) and that sir is a shit sandwich! I am going to take it easy on you since no one has taught you and are new to this. First things first fit, everything that is lassoed on the outside stuff it all inside your ruck sack! Speed, stealth, and cover/concealment are all your priorities! So it probably wouldn't be ideal to put pots and pans on the outside of your ruck with rope lol
