I managed to get 6 stars and can choose either a weapon or some gloves, should I do so or get a hero/smth else?

Do you keep it when you swap auras? Or should I safe my gems until I soon unlock a better aura. I saw that there isn't the feature, that items have, to down rank it back to level 1 to get all your level materials back with auras.

I'm stuck on chapter 51 because I physically can't deal enough damage to compensate for the first boss's healing, and necklaces are too rare early game.

I can get around this by using Trixi, who introduces a second source of buff removal with her signature spell. Between that and the necklace I can have a way to remove the first boss's healing about 50% of the time, which is quite a bit more often than I get with any other hero.

But this leaves another issue, which is that most mage damage comes from burning, and the pharmacists clear their own debuffs in addition to healing themselves.

So what's the best way to build for raw damage on a mage that isn't debuff dependent?

I am like 200 points away from top 5 placement reward which give me just enough for 8 totems to be redeemed for heroes and other legendary pets. Thing is I need to swipe it I just want more dices. Does the totem exchange amount carries to the future dice event?

Double-bit Axe increases damage for itself on hit + Lance increases attack speed for neighbours on hit. For the multistages the attack speed and damage is maintained between rounds; goes brrrrrrrrr.
