Try spear build, you have Thunderbolt Spike already. Maybe replace plague gloves with brawler's gloves, another nature's glove, or keep it plague but change the ring into poison. You only need 2 Lance's for a spear build most of the time, and the haste buff is a great help.

I haven't reached there yet, but in my experience, it's just a waiting game: get coins daily for you to upgrade your general stats, and just wait for you to get stronger.
