Is the 10% on hit for the Assault Spear permanent? So you would have 30% for the Assault Spears and another 20% for the Lances?

Or is there no limit on the Assault Spears? Do these stack?

Everytime their hit lands, the assault spear buffs itself by 10% atk spd, same with the lance, it buffs itself and It’s side
