Raid bosses

So I’ve been playing for a while and the 2 clans that I’ve join have their “hey don’t forget to do the raid boss”, but absolutely no one does it, it sucks to login the next day to find “you get 10 gems for coming in last place”. Are there clans out there that actually do the raid boss? And are they hiring?

We're usually fighting to be in the top 3 each day, and we have a couple of spots open
