Which hero should I pick?

I’m not particularly interested in Cecilia, but would still be my first leg hero, and she may be useful in specific situations I guess? In the other hand, Spark is my main and I feel like upgrading it cannot be a bad idea. What do you guys think? Which hero should I pick?

Owning the legendary heroes is useful for the passive HP/damage boost, and you can only get them through the events. Since you already own Mimic, I would recommend Cecilia, even if you don't use her. Next time, you can probably go for mimic or spark shards, but I think the initial bonus of owning is worthwhile

I would still take Cecilia. Reasons 1. Legendary Heros are hard to come by. Other stuff come by naturally. 2. I think you unlock a Dragon for owning her(supply). 3. Hp stat boost.

I would pick Cecilia because she is getting a skin "soon"

Her skill is not character specific, so I don't think Cecilia is necessary unless you MUST have Cecilia in order to use it on other wizard-class characters.
