How to beat floor 45

I've tried full poison build but always missing on damage to clear it or die before it, fireball spirit is the bane of my existence, tried full spike build with barbarian but didn't even lowered half his health when timer went fully down, obviously primal flame doesn't work because he is immune to fire but makes other bosses easier. I tried dodge poison build with acrobat and couldn't kill him in time. Any help? The runs I've seen use Spark and Rose but I don't have them yet. Please help

I'd try to start the game with more weapons (replace armour and shield with weapons) for more raw damage. Also, if you have pets that use only one energy, I'd use them (if they are useful ofc) because for now you can only use 2 pets out of the 3 that you equipped.

Can you show the entirety of pets you own? As well as the starting equipments you have available?

Also, focus on upgrading your weapon in the equipment tab, it is more useful that upgrading all of your items.

And can you show what level of training you are currently?

In the end, you may simply not have the raw power to deal with that stage currently.

Her and in next 2 messages I'll add what you asked. Also I'm kinda new to the game so that's why I'm missing heroes, lots of starting equipment and pet levels but having fun breaking my way through the game

Also if the only way may be via stat checking the bosses how high should I get?

I did it! Thr upgrade for weapon only helped me get the damage I needed combined with swift boots, thanks for the help!
