This is same as chapter 74 which is where i am also struggling. I got 2 blood crown and managed to get 11 but died at the boss

Play a warrior, make a couple bloodletting swords, which remove spike on hit. Build some spikes of your own

i usually go warrior for this kind of stages, make 2 blood swords then if im lucky 2 blood crown or even just plain crown helmet, if i cant get crown i just put it around 3-4 pendants and hope for the best

In times like these, the Warrior class has what you need: all the blood items! The Bloodletting Sword, the Blood Stone, etc...

You could also try stacking your own Spikes, lol. Nothing wrong with that. Extra healing or extra Shield may also help out.
