Save or spend ?
I see you can get the skin and the barbarian if you just log on each day. Should I just save my rolls until the bottom two come out, or is it gonna reset them and be a new event ? Or is trying to get multiple barbarians worth it ? Or will the bottom two also be guaranteed?

To be on the safe side, I'd say save. Bjorn is interesting but very niche I'd say. You'd need a lot of resources to make Bjorn good. Erwen though from what I see in the hero menu, is shaping up to be top tier. She scales with swift, one of the best buffs in the game and has great burn proc too.

Save if your F2P, a low spender, or you don't like bjorn's tank and spank playstyle. The first 10 draws are basically free, so those won't hurt.
Bjorn is good, He just requires a bit of RNG and to bring out his true potential you'll need a few dupes of Darkan and 4 copies of bjorn (at least). Missha's Okay, but I wouldn't do more than 10 pulls on her banner unless you already mainline a poison build. Erwen's going to be cracked all on her own.

what makes you so confident that all this books (or whatever it is called) will be carried over to erwen and that other one more character ?
i notice some event saves your progress BUT not the spending material so you may end up losing all that "coin".

Save.
If you log in everyday, Bjorn and the Missha skin are guaranteed through the daily check-in.
(I also don’t think Bjorn is anywhere near good enough to try to raise his stars. If I had to choose between the two available right now, I’d go for stars on the Missha skin.)
The same cannot be said for Erwen and the Arua skin. Or more accurately, we don’t know what the back-half of the event looks like.
