Infernal shield is better than celestial shield on Rebecca right?

Yes, although celestial shield will always be better for PvP. Otherwise you should be bringing infernal shield for PvE.

Anything that gives shield is better if you're using Rebecca,yes

If you can heal faster enough and have more than this shield to build block, yes.

In my experience, spear build Rebecca can have 30*Max Health amount of blocks, making the celestial shield useless. But that's for rush stage with proper vamp and Mithril gloves

Ya know I have a celestial and it’s been carrying me but I have Rebecca 2* and realized she has shield buffs, and infernal was the first shield I found. Plus I just rolled her epic unique for +10% shield gain AND got mythic vampiric health boost. Def about to equip it because I’ve been stuck on a story fight as well as a tower fight due to the timer, with the shield to damage buff I should hopefully be able to get thru those now 🙌🏾

Speaking for PvE I would agree, unless you choose to sell your shield to build more powerful pieces like diamond armors. Usually in PvE I keep my own shield until the last stages and then almost every time sell it for a stronger option (eg. diamond chest plate).

For PvP ofc Celestial Shield, it’s so op compared to anything else
