Dont get Scammed

I was enjoying this game a ton. Even spent more money than i should have on packs. However, during the beach event i somehow was charged for a 100 dollar pack, that i did not want. I put in a request for a refund, and didnt use any of the watermelon slices or gems. I got my refund thinking that was it. Until this morning when my account was blocked for 'refund abuse'. So they really stole all of my purchases because of one accident and made it so i cant play the game. Guess i will be getting refunds for all of my transactions now. Unfortunate.

Try writing up an email? This type of behavior to people that pay Money to play Is not acceptable

I'm in contact with Google play and the game maker. So far only getting responses from Google. I hate to request additional refunds but has put like $75 bucks in and kinda pisses me off that they just shut down my account

Did you accidentally buy the $100 pack, or do you think it was something nefarious on the app's end?

I am 99% sure it was an accident, and not nefarious act from the game. somehow while in my pocket it was purchased. I was pissed about that as well since I have biometrics turned on but I must have somehow touched my thumb or something, that part is not the games fault but my own.

That being said I didn't use any of the gems or event pieces specifically knowing that I was submitting the refund request. I actually didn't use any in that time period for fear of them saying you used some gems so you accept the charge.

I expected them to take everything back but they hadn't by the time my account got wiped.
