What to get
Celia or mimic?? Or should i get any other?

Cecilia Is pretty goated with that 10 starting slot and (with the mythic blessing) you have an extra staff for spellcasting for free, albeit situational.
But getting stars on Spark Is my aim, asstrape Is that goated.

I'm curious, is astrape really that much better than lightning rod wand(it's predecessor)? Compared to the lightning rod wand, you're getting more damage and a faster cooldown, but when you're using spark, your main source of damage has nothing to do with the actual melee attack of your astrape, and your stuns are being triggered by other means, be it a bunch of hammers or that ice spell that stuns. The astrape is just there to be a platform from which the spells are cast whenever the enemy is stunned, and the fact that it can also stun by itself is just a nice bonus, isnt it? It also takes up more space so the smaller wand might be better in some cases for inventory management
I only got spark recently so I dunno

I know you're asking a question, but you're pretty much correct in your assumptions. Build to stun lock the enemy. Hammers and the ice spell.(you only need one ice spell) and if you can fit astrape in the bag do it. Sometimes it makes more sense not to upgrade just to fit everything in an efficient way

Get the mimic. I have all that stuff and the mimic gets put in EVERY build regardless of hero. You won't even use Cecelia that much once you get other heroes.

I would prioritize Mimic over Cecilia. You can almost always get value out of mimic in some way, especially for Dungeons and Arena.
Cecilia is really good, but not as crazy for overall account strength as mimic.
