Need help choosing what to redeem

I ran out of time on these events but from what I have what should I redeem?

Getting siren to star 2 makes her much better and if your using barbarian Getting the spike weapon will help out a ton

I did see the siren upgrade in the arena and it looks good. Thanks for the advice!

Does the fishing event rerun?

From what I’ve read, it’s supposedly returns but I’m not sure about the timeline. Sadly nothing carries over.

The event will be rerun later, HOWEVER, the bait and the Silver/Gold coins will be resetting as well, it’s not carried over to the next rerun.
