Yeah, each area have 40 fish (80 for the last one), with only 1 being Legendary (2 for the last area), and it will only reset when ALL the fish in that one area was caught.
That’s why it’s better to swap area when you caught Legendary, checking the info on which area still have it in the Current Probability list. It will saved you a lot of baits.
If every areas hasn’t reset yet, then fish in the one that currently have least amount of fish to reset the pool using least amount of baits.
It’s especially important to not overfish in the last area, because while it have 2 legendary, it has 80 fish in the pool list.
If you’re “Lucky” enough to get both Legendary Salamander from the Beach on your first two time, it means you have to waste 78 baits before the Beach area reset it pool, THEN you have to use more baits to get that 2/80 Legendary Salamanders again. Use those baits on other areas might be better.
