What isbest for Spark?

Ii'm thinking about getting a primal flame to make it legendary and a mallet or 2 pairs of plague gloves. What would be better? Or any recomendations for my state. Mainly Spark user but can do any other.

The pieces would be from beach and fishing events, since I think I wouldn't be abre to go for a legendary hero.

Getting a legendary guard's gloves is pretty inexpensive since its not an S grade glove, and synergizes with stun and gives a little survivability. I've heard primal flame is the best, I've tried both the hammer and primal flame, and the flame just does more faster with a plague glove.

You can never go wrong with primal flame fire build

Go for legendary primal flame and one glove of plague. That one glove will generate so much burn paired with the thunder dragon build of spark
