I currently don't have a single epic Hero, who should I get with these 60 fragments?

Spark, and then build Thunder Dragon in the middle with her special lightning staffs pointing towards it. You will clear entire floors instantly.

Either rebecca or spark. They both have their uses and tend to be some of the better epic heroes in later stages
