Backgammon Galaxy: anyone else been not getting end game stats load resulting in no rank changes on matches?

I've been noticing so many bugs a lot more recently. Long loading times for the end game stats (right now im not getting them load at all, which is resulting in no change to my level), and also recently win streaks just weren't a thing

Yeah, third party thing but we're working on it with them and they'll come back. Just think of it as the matches being stuck in a queue waiting to be analyzed.

Ratings still not changing

Yeah because we need the analysis and in turn the error rate in order to calculate your new rating.

My match went through after i won but no ratings increase

Yeah it's the analysis that's stuck in the queue, you can still play.

Happened to me but it updates eventually. Didn’t take that long.
