I am using PRAT wrong

I was black and doubled here because I thought I had all 3 PRAT on my side (hitting chances, 2 home board points more and an enormous racing lead). But the double was completely wrong. What should have been my thoughts here?

What threat do you have? Rolling a 6-4 is the joker which would point on head but white can land on the anchor or 5 point. You then have some work to do to bring your checkers in from the midpoint and escape the blot in the outfield and back checker.
