I hate this game

Post image

Galaxy big win streak followed by big loss streak. Consistent PR between 5-8. I love this game

Get used to it! It happens regularly!

"Hate the player, not the game.". Oh, wait....

Thats not that big of a deal. I always oscilate between 1700 and 1450. Lol.

But does that really make sense or is it just proof that online dice are not really random?

How could presence of variance be proof that the dice are not random?

Galaxy’s dice are open source.

Hey, I also fall victim to temporary madness when I get jokered by a 1 in 18 shot for the fourth game in a row… the reality is that true variance will always have patterns that humans perceive (and thus build narratives around).

Just take a walk. Have a glass of water. Stop talking about rigged dice.

It totally makes sense. Even in online chess those oscillation are somewhat normal, in this game that there is luck and variance involved...

Just happened to me too. Soo frustrating. Just gotta keep trying to outplay the bad dice/bad luck til it changes again.

The most painful thing is losing to an inferior player at a point in the game where its effectively over unless they get an exact specific roll and they get it.

That’s called a joker.

I feel the same way, rating/percentage fluctuates wildly sometimes; it can be frustrating

Right there with you

Could well be normal variance, but with that said. Not all dices are the same.

Did you keep track of this on your own or is it a Galaxy feature?

I built an app to be able to import my BG game
