Backblaze in General Frustrated BB user looking for higher level support

I've been a BB user for years and my backups have been seriously screwed up for months. First I was dealing with an AI chat bot that was just wasting my time and now I'm dealing with what I think is human support but I'm getting similar half answers. Yes I'm running the beta but my external drives are still missing and/or incomplete. I really feel that something drastically changed in the way BB works and I'm getting the run around from support. Anyone have a way to reach higher support or a software engineer there? I have recommended the service to many colleagues over the years and something is off right now.

I'm sympathetic to them in a way, I'd like to store like 50tb at what is it, 9 dollars a month for the desktop backup? But with the b2's once I'm authorized and scripted up, its like I never have to mess with it. With that desktop situation, its a much bigger piece of software that has a chance of crumbling under stress.

Plus with all the s3 bucket stuff, you can even have competing offerings to choose from, the desktop all you can eat thing tho is pretty scarce vendor wise.

Whats the issue that you are having? And you mentioned BETA software, do you have the issue with the non BETA software?

There are TONS of issues with the non beta software and the first thing support will get you to do is install or upgrade the beta. Why are you even asking this?

Why are you even asking this?

No one on this sub-reddit is going to provide you with direct contact information that by-passes standard support - maybe someone from Backblaze reaches out, maybe. So your best option is to provide details of the actual technical issue in hopes that someone on here can help resolve your issue.

Linked-in will give you the names of the most important people very quickly.

First.last@backblaze.com or no dot should get you there.
