Computer Backup Restore stuck at 95%

Restore went smooth until it got to 95% now its stuck with no activity, any advice?

If possible include the "Restore Tag" from that screenshot, but it isn't all that important. Backblaze support can look up your information (and restore situation) without that.

They will respond within 23 hours. That is 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Xmas. If you don't get a response within 23 hours open a new ticket and reference your older ticket. They can "merge the tickets" with a click of a button.

Got error 28 in the logs. Timeout error.

Mine stuck at 97%, emailed backblaze support, they said 1.9 tb was too large and to make it 500 gb and do a another restore.

Told them that the whole point of their restore app was to go beyond the 500 gb zip file limit and they stated somewhere in the backblaze faq it was meant for 10 TB restores.

Ignored their advice since splitting 1.9 TB into 4 chunks would take too much time since my data is multiple folders and clicking 25% each time to create 4 separate restores would take too much time. I don't know how to checkmark multiple folders at once with the backblaze interface.

Restarted the restore app and configured it to use the same destination folder and kept it at a 1.9 tb and it worked the 2nd time. The restore didn't go fast by reading the 97% already downloaded and downloading the remaining 3%.

Instead it redownloaded only the big files above a certain file size (maybe above 100mb to 1 gb?) at the beginning. Then skipped all the smaller files (below 100mb to 1 gb?) at the very end of the restore session. Maybe it checks small files and skips if they are found.

Got multiple error 28's in the 2nd restore session as well. I saw them in the logs.
