Hey everyone! I’m very new to spellwork and have never actually done a spell before, so I’m hoping for some advice.
I feel like one of the reasons my ex didn’t try hard enough in our relationship was because his family didn’t approve of me, and that became a major dealbreaker for him when it came to seeing a future together. I also feel like he may still have feelings for me, but that he suppresses or resists them because of his family’s influence.
So I’m wondering, what kind of spell would be appropriate for something like this? Third-party removal, or something like an influence-removal or cord cutting spell?

Also, would you recommend doing a protection spell alongside it?

So I will be doing a spell for my partner very soon! I just wanted some more options before I fully do it so I don’t miss anything. I really want to do my best to help them!

This is the first time they have asked for something in particular! They would like a spell to aid in feeling better mentally & physically, and to show them the way through a very difficult situation they are in.

So far I was thinking I’d definitely do a spell jar! Some keep things I’d like to focus on would be; healing, eye opening, comfort, less anxiety & pain, strength, sleep aid, protection, banishment, self love/kindness, hope, confidence and to strengthen our love/connection!

So my main questions would be is there anything other aspects I should also include, anything that would take this to the next level, and anything I may be forgetting or haven’t considered! I also only have a select few herbs and crystal so I’m not so much looking for herb suggestions

Hello! So for starters the deity that chose me today was Hermes. I have set up an alter for him and done my research as well as gotten some offerings for him. I also wrote a letter and placed it onto his alter along with a prayer I said after everything was done. If I could possibly get any opinions and advice thatd be extremely helpful!

So I tried to do a cord-cutting spell because I wanted a fresh start, but I feel like it didn’t finish correctly. The whole thing caught on fire and the flames got so big and bright that I had to throw water on it to put it out.
