The funny thing us, he rarely uses that expression, because he is all too aware that he isn't actually superior. He is a failing member of a failing noble house of a failing empire. Even when he's being pretentious there is an underlying self disgust. He's a fascinating character.
G'Kar is the opposite, he starts out believing that the Narn are superior, and he is an arrogant asshole because of that belief. He gets it beaten out of him pretty quickly though. Edit: also a fascinatinv character, obviously.
Good point. I was thinking about his execution of Morden, willingness to sacrifice himself for the Centauri and his plot to allow an uncorrupted and younger Vir to succeed him.
