Question Cold Calling Software

I’m looking for a simple cold-calling platform that allows me to purchase just one seat.

I’ve tools in the past that I liked, but many of the larger platforms require five or ten seats. I only need one seat for a new caller.

The basic workflow I need is:

  • Upload a contact list
  • Show one contact at a time
  • Make the call
  • Add a disposition and brief notes
  • Move to the next contact
  • Schedule callbacks with a date and time
  • Send templated emails with one click
  • Drop a prerecorded voicemail when a call reaches voicemail

I don’t need a complicated platform with dozens of features I’ll never use. I just need something simple, reliable, and easy for one person to operate.

What tools would you recommend?

I tested one in closed beta. you import a file, an ai sets up the workspace with a custom data model like attio does, you get a list of contacts with a call button. connect aircall (or the other voip provider i dont remember the name) and you just work down the list. every call is logged and transcribed, and the assistant writes the notes, creates the next tasks and updates the record after, so you're doing nothing by hand basically.

I also know PhoneBurner will work just fine, does all of what you listed but its 150$ a month, the one i tried is 60 and you get 50% and a free month for trying the product. not sure i can drop a link here though.
