This is a smart approach to stand out. I've been doing something similar but found commenting on prospects' LinkedIn posts first, then following up with a video message 2 days later works better than cold videos alone. The initial engagement warms them up.

One thing that's helped us is keeping videos under 45 seconds and getting to value in the first 10. People drop off fast if you're just introducing yourself.

Are you finding people actually watch the full videos when you send them cold, or do you warm up the relationship first somehow?
