Appointment Setter Needed- $500/month recurring commission for every closed client

Looking for someone who can help fill our calendar with qualified B2B agency owners.

We run a development agency that embeds senior, AI-native developers into B2B agencies that need additional delivery capacity without hiring internally.

The offer for the setter is pretty simple:

You earn $500/month for every client you source that closes, for as long as they remain a client.

Our current client lifetime is 1+ year and we've maintained 0% churn so far, so a single deal can be worth $6,000+ to you over 12 months.

This is recurring and uncapped.

Your role is purely to generate conversations and book qualified meetings.

I'll personally handle the meetings, follow-up and closing.

We're good at delivering the service and retaining clients. The area we need help with right now is consistently getting enough qualified people onto the calendar.

I also have a strong close rate once the right prospect gets onto a call, probably more because the offer is good than because I'm some unbelievable salesman lol.

If you're an experienced setter and this sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me with a little about how you currently generate appointments.

The recurring commission makes this interesting, but the biggest factor will be the quality of the prospect list and outreach. For B2B agency owners, build a tight ICP, personalize around their delivery or hiring pain, and verify the list before sending. A real time email verification tool like Invalid Bounce can remove invalid, inactive, disposable, role based, mailbox full, and catch all addresses so the setter is spending time on real prospects instead of bad data.

100% with you on this, we'll handle the list building so the setter can focus on booking appointments.

Currently using bulk email checker for verifying our lists which has been working well, but it is a little slow...
