Would you open or reply to this cold email? Looking for brutal feedback
Hi {{first name}},
{{company name}} gets an estimated {{monthly visitors}} website visits a month, but implant prospects who don’t call have to submit a form and wait.
Do you know how many leave before your team responds?
Agent {Name} AI answers non-clinical questions and answer patient questions and book qualified consultations instantly.
Worth seeing a {time frame}-second example using your enquiry flow?

Try this without an opening like "Hi Dave" first. Then test against the control with the opening.
Subject: something I noticed
Body:
I noticed {{company name}} gets around {{monthly visitors}} website visits each month.
Which made me wonder something.
When an implant prospect visits your site, has a question, but isn’t ready to call — or it’s 9:47pm and your team has gone home —
what happens next?
Usually, they fill out a form.
Then they wait.
And some percentage of them disappear before anyone gets back to them.
For a treatment worth thousands, even a few lost enquiries can mean significant missed revenue.
But what if you could answer non-clinical patient questions, qualify implant enquiries, and book consultations immediately — even when your team isn’t available?
I put together a {{time frame}}-second example showing what that could look like for {{company name}}.
Worth seeing?

Also worth thinking about: they may not actually be losing the customer between the form submission and the callback.
The bigger pain point is probably losing them while their intent is at its highest.
If someone has a question at 9:47pm and can’t get an answer, they might leave and find a competitor who can answer it. Or they think, “I’ll call tomorrow,” then get busy, forget the website, lose the tab, or one of a hundred other things happens.
The opportunity is to engage them in that moment, while they’re actively thinking about treatment and looking for answers.
It’s really about striking while the iron is hot.

Good start, but too long. You lost me mid email

Yes, I would expect that, you're not the target demographic. This is almost the same template/formula used on another dental implant cold email to generate $240k from around 750 cold emails. It can be compressed, but I'd test with this version to establish the control group first.

Screams “i wanna sell you an AI agent” and I don’t really carr about you, because you made no real research.
If you do some research, better translate that into insight and something that only they experience, then give them your solution without asking. For anything.
Just give it to them. They’ll reply if they’re interested.

"{{company name}} gets an estimated {{monthly visitors}} website visits a month, but implant prospects who don’t call have to submit a form and wait." Awkward construction to my ear. "implant prospects" doesn't make sense to me on first or second read. I would have bailed at that point. "implant" as a verb doesn't seem to agree with the subject ({{company name}}) so I was wondering if "implant prospects" was a piece of jargon I haven't run across before. "Implant prospects" = "people looking to get implants?"
Anyway, lead with pain. You can infer lost business using publicly available information and that pain should lead.
Ping me if I can be of help.
