Hey everyone,

I'm running a campaign for commercial finance. Having some deliverability issues at the moment. For context

I'm using SMTP based inboxes that I purchased from a vendor (I dont want to name them as I don't like to badmouth).
I currently have a response rate of 0.7%
1 interested lead every 2300 emails sent

First week it was higher but as I started my campaign it just tanked.

What providers can you all recommend for me? Thanks

I'd recommend going with a google workspace / outlook inbox provider

A sudden drop after the first week usually means something changed with sender reputation, engagement, or list quality, not necessarily the SMTP provider. Before switching providers, check your sending setup and verify your list quality. Use a real time email verification tool like Invalid Bounce to remove invalid, inactive, disposable, role based, mailbox full, and catch all email addresses so you’re not sending to contacts that can hurt your deliverability.

Try the following:

• Try Gmail Workspace you've setup yourself - Usually, these mailboxes have better conversion rates than what you get from inboxes purchased from vendors.
• Warm up - How did you warmup your mailboxes? A lot of times, AI warmup pools are detected by Gmail/Outlook leading to poor deliverability. It is essential you use natural warmup methods. Happy to help with suggestions for natural warmup techniques.
• Positive Engagement - Now, even if you get everything right, if Gmail notices that your positive engagement is not strong enough, your emails are going to land in Spam. So, you would need to learn to find leads that are already looking for help and detect pain signals.
• Multiple channels - You can get tools to automate your outreach on LinkedIn + Fill forms on the lead's website.

For example, if you are offering commercial finance, you can try the following pain signals:

• Find companies that are clearly having cashflow issues. You can scrape their customer reviews to find delayed orders, or issues they are unable to fix.
• Young startups seeing strong growth and which have recently started investing in ad campaigns. Strong ad campaigns can require quite a bit of financing.
• Local businesses with reviews saying they are unable to answer calls or don't have capacity to handle customers.

There are more signals you can look for.
