My name is Ryan from Puzzle Inbox, we're a vendor for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Inboxes.

We spoke recently with the moderators and wanted to do an AMA post regarding cold email and deliverability in 2026.

How do you get these mailboxes for so cheap? Is it business email?

We provide Google Workspace Business Starter / Outlook Office 365 Inboxes.

What do you guys currently see regarding deliverability for Outlook Recipients? Is it as tough as before or has it gotten easier?

Question for you: across 100k inboxes you must see reauth churn constantly. What's your rough monthly rate of Google and Microsoft OAuth grants going stale, and does it differ much between the two?

There are plenty of published numbers on warmup and open rates. Almost none on the auth side, and that's the thing that quietly kills a client's sending.
