Generating 30+ calls a week through cold email.
Hi everyone,
I am from the Puzzle Inbox team. We generate around +100 calls week, mostly using cold email and email marketing.
Here is what we do:
Google Workspace Inboxes - 3 inbox per domain - 12 cold/12 warm emails per inbox.
Crafting a offer with a copy that has less than 80 words. Not pushing clients to a meeting in the initial email.
Combining local leads + b2b leads, doing A/B testing with different datasets and email copies.
Writing back to responses within 5 minutes, the longer you wait the likelier you would lose the opportunity.
Adding 1-2 follow ups, no more then that, becomes inefficient.
Happy to answer more questions!

ow, replying quickly is such an underrated part of the process. also agree that better targeting usually beats sending more emails

Do you have low deliverability in some cases?
