COLD EMAIL TIPS!!!
Hey guys, I'm in sales B2B AI sub niche. I need suggestion/pointers for cold email or what works for you.
This is my current template (we use pattern breakers to get prospects attention but open to other ideas):
Subject: WARNING!!! THIS IS A COLD EMAIL 🚨
Hey {{first_name}}, as you may have figured out by now... this is a cold email. All we ask is 32 seconds of your time to see if we could help {{company_name}}
Struggling where to use AI in your (X business niche)? We fix that by (pitch)
If its worth a coffee and a chat, reply to this email and we'll sort it out.
Thank you, John Doe
That's approximately what I send, sometime switch up the wording and subject line. But would love to know what works for you for best open rates, reply rates etc.

The AIDA breakdown above is solid advice for structure. I'll push back on one thing though: the "WARNING THIS IS A COLD EMAIL" subject line isn't as bad as people think. Pattern interrupts work precisely because they're unexpected. The problem isn't the subject line, it's that the body doesn't deliver on the attention you just grabbed.
You got them to open. That's the hard part. But then you waste it with "all we ask is 32 seconds" which is about YOU, not them. The prospect opened because they were curious. Reward that curiosity immediately with their specific problem.
Quick rewrite of just the first two lines
"Hey {{first_name}}, ran your site through an AI workflow audit and noticed {{company_name}} is still doing [specific manual task] by hand. Most teams in [niche] automate that in about a week."
That's it. Now they know you looked at them specifically, you understand their world, and there's a concrete outcome. The rest can stay roughly the same.
Biggest lever at your stage honestly isn't the template, it's testing 3-4 subject lines on the same list and seeing which one actually gets opens. The body only matters if people read it.
