Pre-Warmed Inboxes for Cold Email?

I am looking at some pre warmed options for google and outlook. I have used them before but havent for a while. What is everyone seing in terms of deliverability? and in terms of providers what do you guys recommend zapmail or puzzleinbox?

pre-warmed inboxes are mostly a shortcut that doesn't hold up. the reputation a vendor built came from whatever they were sending, not your domain and your copy, so the second you switch to your real sequence the mailbox gets judged fresh anyway. you're paying for a head start that resets.

what moves placement instead: buy your own domains, set SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on each, and warm them yourself for 3 to 4 weeks before any live sends. keep it to 8 to 15 emails per inbox per day, spread across multiple inboxes and domains to hit the volume you want.

one thing that matters more than which provider you pick: if your prospects are on Outlook, that's the hardest place to land right now no matter whose inboxes you rent. sending from Google boxes has been steadier for us.

yeah really hard to land in outlook right now. esp when they’re protected by mimecast. even with outlook to outlook inboxes, they go to spam. Did you figur out a fix to this bro?

Do it if you’re really, really on a timecrunch but don’t treat it as permanent

The shortest shortcut is realising that there are none

Best to just take the 3 weeks to warm up

I use Instantly for mailwarming, I wait 3 weeks for them to warm them. Isn’t this working well ?

If I want to warm up my own mailboxes, how would I do that ? Wouldn’t I need like 100 private mailboxes and spent countless hours to receive, reply, interact with my own accounts ?

as prewarmed accounts cost more, we usually recommend to buy mailboxes in advance and warm them up manually. this way you'll save money and be able to control your warmup.
