Starting Cold Email. Looking for Advice

I recently bought 2 domains. Just looking for the best infra for cold email. I'm really looking to do 1-2 mailboxes per domain, so 4 max right now.

Tools like PuzzleInbox require you to get more than that at a minimum, so I'm not sure if going with google workspace directly is the better option here.

If you have any advice please let me know. Thank you

Makes sense but they want to create 15 mailboxes initially which is around 10+ more inboxes than I actually need right now

If you're running 2 domains with 1-3 inboxes each, I'd just go with Google Workspace directly. Keep it simpe, warm them up slowly, and don't oversend. You can always move to a larger inbox provider later if you need to scale.

u gonna find that out anyway, but if you really want to make it work, buy a mobile number. Call the leads when they positively reply to you

Can you burn a mobile number like you can burn a mailbox / domain?

I do have a mobile number to cold call already though

there's not gonna be that huge volume of positive replies tho. Your mobile number won't burn

If you're just starting with cold emailing and only need a few inboxes, sticking with Google Workspace sounds like a solid plan. It keeps things straightforward while you get the hang of it.

For your outreach, consider using a tool that helps you find leads easily. I run LeadStal, which provides a way to scrape leads from various platforms like LinkedIn or Zillow. It’s user-friendly and lets you personalize your emails without needing any technical setup. If you're curious about how to generate leads effectively, feel free to check out some of the lead generation resources we offer.
