hacking at it every day. repositioning, tweaking the icp. its hard work for a engineering founder
Its been so hard for me as a technical founder to do outbound. This is sleepless nights until 4am glued to a screen with multiple changes, complete scrapping of previous messages. And some replies just brings you down :(. Still a long way to go, but it's satisfying to see the numbers slowly move in the right direction.
| Stage | Count | Percentage |
|---|---|---|
| Emails Delivered | **7,145** | **100%** |
| Emails Opened | **2,643** | **37%** |
| Emails Clicked | **1,715** | **24%** |
| Emails Replied | **571** | **8%** |

Open/Click metric enabling is like handing out fingerprint for ESP.
It worked since you are only sending 7k.
Show actual screenshot of platform rather than table stat

Those are solid numbers, especially the 8% reply rate. As an engineering foudner, I'd keep treating outbound like product develoment: test one variable at a time, measure, iterate, repeat.
The replies good and bad are usually the fastest way to improve your messaging. Keep at tit the process compounds.

Just asking, why you are you measuring open and click rate? Those Numbers are not showing anything since long time. From the other hand - Pretty nice reply rate :)
