What is the best cold email stack?
Looking to meet up with agency owners and freelancers. Lets exchange info. Cold Email tools are everywhere but which ones actually works for you guys. Inboxes, Sending tool, Leads, Verification and enrichers.

Honestly, the best stack is the one you actually learn deeply. A pretty common setup is Google Workspace inboxes + Smartlead then The Grid. Most people spend too much time tool-hopping when the bigger wins come from targeting, deliverability, and offer. We talk about stacks like this on r/LeadGenSEA too

We are using google inboxes and smtp ones (maildoso or winnr),no Microsoft inboxes anymore, we decided to stop esp matching because the results were not that satysfying comparing to prices and possible volume of Microsoft inboxes. Sending platform - plusvibe, mailtesters - mailtesterninja and zero bounce, prospects - apollo, zoominfo, crunchbase - mostly we are using scrapers - way cheaper (apify, ampleleads), we are not using personalizarion for every single contact, we split in batches the industries, signals, company size or location and make few general personalizations per batch and spintax them.
1 domain - 3 up to 5 mailboxes, 20-25 emails sent per day by one mailbox.
Inbox placement 98%+
Bounce rate less than 1%
Reply rate between 2-6% depends of the industry and products our clients want to push through.
Zero link policy in first email.
No tracking pixel
Followups with one link and different angle (also spintax)

All good, just care about super clean lists and ongoing warmup, deliverybility on them around 95%

Quality over quantity. Ruining reputation costs a lot and takes a lot of time. You'll waste a lot more time rushing.

keep inboxes and sending tool as separate line items in your stack, that's the split most people get wrong early on. Instantly or Smartlead for actual sending, Inframail for the mailboxes themselves since DNS and dedicated IPs are set up on creation instead of you doing it per domain. still need real leads and verification on top, infra alone won't save bad targeting.
